Payment is due on the completion of the application form, a reference number will be provided for you to use with the bank transfer. This is essential to enable us to match payments to delegates. Thank you for your help in this!

2. Can I request a room share?
When completing the application form, there is a field for requesting room shares. Please use this to detail the names, as entered on the application, of those you wish to share with. Whilst nothing can be promised, we will endeavour to accommodate your preferences.
